One Month of Aikido lessons

Aikido, a Japanese martial art, is often translated as "the Way of harmonious spirit." Aikido is performed by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on. This requires very little physical strength.

Group classes once per week for four weeks on Tuesdays, and Private lessons for one month on Sundays.
